Bob Poelking
Social Studies Teacher & Michigan State Grad Student
I've worn many hats over the years: Human Geography, World History, US History, Emergency European History & English, Government, Special Education Aide, Scholastic Bowl coach, NHS Advisor, and man literally wearing a number of hats (pictured above).
Hey, look at all this stuff!
Welcome to my Capstone Project for Michigan State University's EdTech Master's Program! This site is aimed at giving you a picture of what I've created across my MAET (Master of Arts in Educational Technology) in experience as well as a look at myself and the classes I teach or have taught. I currently teach American Government to seniors at Helena High School in, you guessed it, Helena, MT.
I've been reliably informed by a number of my students that I am both "really cool and laid back" and also "a giant nerd" who "uses really big words"; these are all accurate.
